Custer Creek Farms enjoys a very active HOA. Our goal is to maintain a warm, family-friendly environment and to provide a variety of activities for our members to interact and develop deep friendships.

HOA Membership
Membership in the HOA and payment of annual HOA dues in the amount of $150 is voluntary. Money collected for annual HOA dues is used to enhance and maintain the neighborhood entrances and common areas.
Please note that while HOA membership and dues are voluntary, the Covenants and Restrictions are mandatory and apply to all lots regardless of membership in the HOA.
